Job Title: Machine Operator

Location: Morristown, IN
Pay Rate: $22.35 per hour
Shifts:

  • 2nd Shift: 2 PM - 10 PM or 3 PM - 11 PM (Must be flexible, Monday-Friday)
  • 3rd Shift: 11 PM - 7 AM (Sunday-Thursday)

Training: Must be able to train on 1st shift for 2-3 weeks (7 AM - 3 PM)

Job Summary

We are seeking dedicated Machine Operators. In this role, you will be responsible for operating injection molding presses and trimmers to manufacture automotive and machinery seals. You will also inspect and package finished products, ensuring they meet quality standards.

Typical Day as a Machine Operator
  • Use injection molding presses and trimmers to manufacture automotive and machinery seals.
  • Inspect and package finished products to ensure quality and conformity to standards.
  • Perform routine measurements on products to verify compliance with product specifications.
This Job Might Be an Outstanding Fit If You:
  • Have experience in warehouse, production, or general manufacturing, or have worked in non-manufacturing roles that require standing for the entire shift.
  • Can lift up to 30 pounds and perform routine bending and stretching.
  • Have basic computer skills and the ability to type information into a database.
  • Are flexible to train on the 1st shift and can work overtime on Saturday (as needed) once fully trained and certified on machines.
Skills/Qualifications
  • Must be able to remain on your feet for the entire shift.
  • Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds and perform routine bending and stretching.
  • Must have an acceptable safety and attendance record.
  • 6 months of experience in warehouse/production preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
