Shift Details:
3rd Shift: Sunday–Thursday | 11:00 PM – 7:20 AM
What You'll Do as a Machinist:
As a Machinist, you'll play a key role in machining essential components with precision and care. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Setting up and operating CNC machines to produce high-quality parts.
- Tracking hourly production and noting any challenges to help meet team goals.
- Using calipers and other measuring tools to ensure parts meet exact specifications.
- Performing routine checks and adjustments to maintain machine performance.
- Collaborating with team members and assisting with training new hires.
- Working in various machining areas including spider machining, drilling, and bush and bore operations.
What We're Looking For:
- Ability to read and understand basic blueprints.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Willingness to learn and grow within a team-oriented environment.
- Flexibility to work overtime when needed.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand, bend, and move throughout your shift.
- Capable of lifting up to 25 lbs. and using overhead hoists or lift trucks.
