Job Title: Mailroom Associate
Location: Tempe, AZ 85281
Pay Rate: $16.50 per hour
Schedule: Part-Time, 11:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Start Date: End of October (contingent on clearing all screenings) Job Summary:
As a Mailroom Associate, you will play a vital role in managing the flow of mail and supplies within the organization. Your days may include unpredictable work direction changes, requiring flexibility, versatility, and the ability to switch tasks efficiently. Consistency, accountability, and a positive mindset are essential qualities for success in this role. Breaks:
- Two 15-minute paid breaks
- Assist with supply distribution and mail processes, as well as applicable support applications.
- Enter and access data in various systems.
- Operate various office machinery, including printers, folding machines, and postage machines.
- Manage outbound and inbound mail, including the preparation and distribution of various documents.
- Actively assist the mailroom team with duties as assigned.
- Basic computer and technical skills.
- Ability to perform physical activities such as walking, pushing, pulling, bending, stooping, reaching, sitting, and/or standing for extended periods.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Strong work ethic, learning agility, and excellent attendance.
- Reliable transportation.
