Mailroom & Workplace Experience Coordinator
Overview

We are seeking a dependable and proactive individual to lead daily shipping and receiving operations while also providing occasional support for reception and facility needs. This role is essential to keeping our office running smoothly, with a primary focus on mailroom logistics, supply management, and operational support. The ideal candidate is organized, collaborative, and comfortable balancing hands-on responsibilities with customer service support in a dynamic office environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage shipping and receiving operations, including sorting, delivering, and preparing mail and packages.
  • Maintain mailroom and supply areas, ensuring inventory is tracked, organized, and restocked.
  • Safely lift, move, and deliver items weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Support office operations by stocking essentials, setting up conference rooms, and keeping common areas organized.
  • Provide occasional front desk coverage, greeting visitors and directing calls or inquiries in a professional and welcoming manner.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, facilities staff, and other departments to ensure seamless daily operations.
  • Utilize office systems and technology to manage inventory, mail tracking, and internal requests efficiently.

Qualifications

  • Experience in mailroom, shipping/receiving, facilities, or administrative support preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-service mindset.
  • Dependable, adaptable, and able to work independently or collaboratively.
  • Comfortable balancing physical responsibilities with administrative duties.
  • Ability to safely lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

Schedule

  • Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Compensation

  • $18/hr
