What's a typical day as a Maintenance Electrical Technician You will:

• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on electrical and mechanical equipment to minimize downtime.
• Troubleshoot and repair machinery, including 3-phase systems up to 480V, using diagnostic tools and technical documentation.
• Maintain accurate records in SAP CMMS and update technical documentation such as schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives (WCM, root cause analysis, Quick Kaizens) to improve efficiency and safety.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintain a clean, organized work environment.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you have:

• Requires a high school diploma or GED.
• Five to ten (5-10) years of professional experience and knowledge in maintenance disciplines, such as automated control systems, safety qualifications, and professional industrial maintenance in a manufacturing environment.
• Requires adaptability, methodical/analytical problem solving skills, and employee leadership skills with the ability to effectively apply these skills in a manufacturing facility.
• Team player with good interpersonal skills and written and verbal communication skills to work effectively in corporate, manufacturing and team environments.
• Basic typing skills and proficient in utilization of Microsoft Office, including Excel and or Office.
