Maintenance Operations Administrator – Warsaw, IN

Kelly Outsourcing & Consulting Group (KellyOCG), a managed solution provider and business unit of Kelly Services, Inc., is currently seeking a Maintenance Operations Administrator at one of our Global clients in Warsaw, IN.  This role is a full-time, fully benefitted position.

Title: Maintenance Operations Administrator
Location: Warsaw (46582)
Pay: open; plus benefits and PTO
Hours: M-F 8 hour day shift, flexible shift times. Must be flexible to work some weekends and overtime if needed.
Duration: Long term contract (minimum 1 year)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support maintenance technicians and engineers directly with the execution of our preventive maintenance work instructions
  • Oversee the intake of work orders ensuring that all are meet our processes
  • Serve as subject matter expert in the use of MAXIMO system for achieving work order excellence
  • Report, communicate, and maintain maintenance metrics effectively to the maintenance team
  • Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills when interacting with peers, supervisors/managers, and suppliers
  • Demonstrate specific improvements in tracked metrics.
  • Accurately complete records as defined within the work order process.
  • Compile/analyze data and build reports as needed
  • Train technicians and manufacturing associates in work order completion process.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Minimum of a High School Diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent degree/diploma required
  • Experience and Skills: Required: Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience
  • Understanding and proficiency with using Microsoft Excel to develop and report metrics
  • Preferred: Experience building queries in MAXIMO system
  • Experience in creating visual reporting tools
  • Demonstrated experience in a maintenance planner or a related maintenance organization/Administrative position
