Kelly Services is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for a local town center located in Kissimmee-Celebration.
Employment Type: Full-Time- Direct Placement
Salary- Starting at 65K + Depends on experience
Schedule- Mon-Fri 8am-5pm Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of maintenance and cleaning for our Town Center. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facility maintenance, exceptional leadership skills, and a commitment to maintaining a clean, safe, and attractive environment for visitors and tenants. Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the work of maintenance staff, including scheduling, assigning tasks, and monitoring performance.
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of all facilities and equipment, ensuring they are in safe and working order.
- Conduct regular inspections of buildings, grounds, and equipment to identify and address maintenance needs.
- Manage preventive maintenance programs and ensure compliance with safety regulations and practices.
- Coordinate with outside contractors and vendors for specialized repairs and installations.
- Maintain a budget for maintenance operations and track expenses.
- Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests and issues.
- Develop and implement maintenance policies and procedures.
- Train and mentor maintenance staff on proper equipment use, safety protocols, and maintenance techniques.
- Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inventory levels, and equipment maintenance logs.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations regarding facility maintenance.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certifications in maintenance management preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance or facility management, including supervisory experience.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general building systems. Certifications preferred
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and maintenance management software.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various environmental conditions.
- Valid driver's license.
