This is a direct hire Maintenance Technician position, meaning you will be hired permanently with our client and offered their competitive benefit and vacation package upon hire.

Position Information:
• Conduct preventative maintenance and repairs on all in-plant equipment to ensure maximum production capacity.
• Implement and audit ISO 14001 EMS and 9001 QMS policies and procedures.
• Perform maintenance and repair of hoists, pumps, and oversee new equipment installations.
• Conduct preventive maintenance inspections and operate job-specific equipment efficiently.
• Execute basic repairs, including electrical, plumbing, and building tasks, along with Lock-out, Tag-out procedures for safety.
• Maintain equipment according to job specifications and perform additional tasks as requested by the Supervisor.

Required Experience:
• High School Diploma or GED
• Industrial Maintenance education or certification preferred
• 2-5 years of industrial maintenance experience including equipment repair, preventative maintenance, and equipment installation
• Previous forklift operation experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Basic math and computer operation skills
