Job Title: Maintenance Technician 
Location: Madera, CA 93637 
Shift: Monday–Friday (10:00 p.m.–6:30 a.m.) — occasional weekends required 
Pay Rate: $33/hr

About the Role 

We're seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our team in Madera, CA. In this role, you'll be responsible for installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production and facility equipment. The ideal candidate is proactive, safety-minded, and committed to keeping operations running smoothly through preventive and predictive maintenance practices. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Perform emergency and scheduled repairs on production equipment to minimize downtime 

  • Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues; repair or replace faulty parts and perform necessary adjustments 

  • Conduct routine preventive maintenance on machines, equipment, and facilities 

  • Assist with basic machinist, plumbing, and carpentry tasks as needed 

  • Operate hand and power tools, electric meters, and material-handling equipment safely and effectively 

  • Identify defective materials, unsafe conditions, and equipment malfunctions; report to supervision promptly 

  • Maintain compliance with all safety policies and ensure work areas are clean and organized 

Qualifications & Skills 

  • Education: High school diploma or GED required 

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in a manufacturing or industrial maintenance role 

  • Strong mechanical aptitude with hands-on experience in troubleshooting and repair 

  • Proficient with hand/power tools, measuring instruments, and maintenance procedures 

  • Effective communication and teamwork skills 

  • Demonstrated initiative, attention to detail, and commitment to workplace safety

Physical Requirements 

  • Ability to stand, bend, and lift moderate weights throughout the shift
