Maintenance Technician – 1st Shift (Warehouse)
Hourly Pay:
$23–$35 USD
Schedule: 1st Shift

We are seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician for a local Steel Fabricator and its 1st shift team!  

The Maintenance Technician will:

  • Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on production equipment, including mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Manage responsibilities that include diagnosing equipment issues, troubleshooting CNC machines, press brakes, lifting devices, and steel processing equipment; programming and troubleshooting VFDs and PLCs; and completing technical reports.
  • Candidates must be able to align equipment, perform rigging activities, and conduct electrical testing using devices such as ohmmeters and voltmeters.
  • Overtime required as needed.
Requirements:
  • General maintenance experience in manufacturing/industrial settings or completion of a mechanical/electrical repair training program.
  • Ability to maintain electrical equipment to regulatory code standards.
  • Knowledge of troubleshooting and repair of advanced processing equipment.
  • Valid driver's license required; overhead crane and forklift certifications preferred.
  • Technical training or similar education preferred.

Work Environment: Fast-paced warehouse/manufacturing setting with heavy materials and moving inventory; ability to travel between multiple on-site warehouses.
