Pay:
• $33.99 per hour
Shift:
• Training: Monday - Friday, 6am - 2:30pm
• 3rd Shift: Monday - Friday, 10pm - 6:30am (Some Saturdays!)
What's a typical day as a Maintenance Technician - Industrial? You'll be:
• Performing mechanical or electrical troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance on equipment
• Conducting entry to mid-level break-fix preventative maintenance to sustain and improve operations. May be required to setup and operate simple machining operations including, but not limited to, drill press, grinder, and other metalworking tools to make and repair parts. May perform basic welding tasks.
• Identifying needed parts, supplies, and repair items while ensuring compliance with housekeeping standards
Work Environment:
• Fast-paced industrial setting
• Walking, including flights of stairs throughout the shift
• Emphasis on safety and adherence to protocols
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a high school diploma or GED (preferred)
• Possess a technical focus or 18 months of related experience in general industry
• Have a basic understanding of electrical and mechanical systems and can perform repairs
