We are currently seeking motivated Production Associates to join our team at a leading industrial filter production facility in Lima, NY. If you're looking for a stable, temp-to-hire position with opportunities for growth, this could be the perfect fit!
This is a temp to hire position, based on attendance an performance, with pay ranging from $18-$20.50.  

Shifts Available:

  • B Shift: 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM, Monday - Friday
Training will be on A Shift for 1-2 weeks, if available.

What You'll Do:
As a Production Associate, you will play a vital role in the manufacturing of high-quality industrial filters. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Operating machinery to cut, roll, weld, or pleat filter materials.
  • Assembling components according to blueprints and written instructions.
  • Performing quality checks to ensure products meet standards.
  • Maintaining accurate production logs.
  • Using hand tools and power equipment to complete tasks.
  • Lifting, moving, and loading materials as needed.
What You'll Need:
  • Enjoy hands-on, physically active work.
  • Basic math and reading skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
  • Flexibility and willingness to train in different departments (Slitting, Cores, Pleating).
  • Ability to wear required PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).
  • Must obtain steel/composite toe shoes after hire.
