Kelly Services is seeking a Mfg Associate Technician, 2nd Shift for a well-branded pharma manufacturing customer in Myerstown PA. The position is 40-hours/week, $20/HR pay rate and 2nd Shift Schedule. We're looking to interview and hire ASAP for this role.

Job Title: Mfg. Associate Technician

Schedule: Monday to Friday / 3:00pm – 11:00pm

Shift: 2nd Shift

Pay: $20/HR 

Location: Myerstown, PA

Job Duties "At-a-Glance":

  • Train and qualify in technical skilled areas as identified by Managers
  • Comply with standards and safety procedures such as Lockout Tagout, cGMPs, OSHA, SOPs, and Company guidelines
  • Perform equipment setup and changeover activities
  • Action to safely reduce equipment setup and changeover times
  • Initiate and establish equipment operating parameters to maximize production and meet product specifications
  • Coordinate the utilization of outside contractors and vendors as needed
Job Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1 - 2+ years of packaging line equipment or industrial machinery work skills
  • Able to work different shifts and Overtime hours to support business demands and training needs
  • Pharmaceutical, food, or medical device exp preferred
  • SAP, MES, Electronic Batch Records and Forklift or pallet jack certification preferred
