Manufacturing Operator

 

Job Summary
Join our dynamic team as a Manufacturing Operator in a fast-paced manufacturing facility! We are seeking candidates with strong experience in manufacturing who can demonstrate excellent attendance and the ability to work effectively and efficiently. This is an exciting opportunity. You will play a crucial role in loading mixers and packaging adhesives, all while working in a supportive environment. Job Type: Temporary
Location: Walker, MI
Pay Rate: $27.50 + (potential for increase based on experience)
Shift: M – F 6 – 2:30 PM (possible flex work M – Thurs 6 – 4:00 PM)

Roles and Responsibilities:
Operate forklifts and assist in loading mixers for adhesive manufacturing.
Package and prepare products for shipment after pressing.
Collaborate closely with the Team Lead for training and support.
Maintain a safe and efficient work environment, adhering to EHS guidelines.
Wear a respirator when required to ensure safety.

Qualifications & Skills:
Strong experience in a manufacturing environment (3 years exp+).
Ability to adhere to requirements in place for role.
Proven track record of excellent attendance and punctuality.
Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented setting.
Basic understanding of EHS standards and safety protocols.
