Kelly Science is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor for a growing client located in Houston, TX.
Salary: $95,000-115,000/year depending on experience
Employment Type: Full Time; Direct Hire
Responsibilities
- Manage CAR-T projects, coordinating across functional groups to meet deadlines.
- Prepare and deliver data reports to internal and external parties.
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert on Cell Therapy equipment.
- Develop and update training programs for GMP and CT process compliance.
- Draft and implement SOPs for GMP facility use.
- Conduct gap analysis for new processes and complete Tech Transfers within deadlines.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and safety.
- Schedule employees to uphold communication and training standards for a zero-deviation environment.
- Support IND filings as needed.
- Set, track, and report KPIs aligned with Manufacturing and company goals.
- Investigate deviations in processes with relevant functions.
- Train Manufacturing Associates on new processes.
- Bachelor's degree in a scientific field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of 6-7 years of experience in a related manufacturing environment (viral vector, cell therapy, or biotech), experience with viral vector or TIL processes a plus.
- 1+ years of experience in a management or supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of GMP Practices and FDA requirements required.
