Now Hiring: Manufacturing Technician – $25/hr
Location: Fargo, ND
Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 6:00am - 4:30pm

Kelly is seeking a Manufacturing Technician to join our client's team. This newly created role is a great opportunity for an experienced manufacturing professional to make an impact by improving production methods and driving efficiency in a hands-on environment.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Collaborating with manufacturing teams to improve cost-effective production methods

  • Reviewing customer drawings to determine the best production approaches for new and existing parts

  • Assessing the impact of part revisions on production processes

  • Leading and participating in process improvement projects, including managing the Employee Idea Program

  • Performing basic fabrication and assembly processes to develop and refine work instructions

  • Analyzing, improving, and ensuring compliance with work instructions

What You Need to Succeed:
  • Attention to detail is a must

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to read and interpret work instructions and mechanical drawings

  • Experience coaching, training, and ensuring compliance with work procedures

  • Basic understanding of quality principles and experience working with Managers, Supervisors, and employees

  • Four or more years of experience in a manufacturing environment

  • Proficiency in Excel and working with production metrics
