As a Market Growth Lead, you'll connect hundreds of local and national merchants, serve more than 1.1 million residents, and drive exciting new initiatives in Puerto Rico's diverse food scene. This is a fast-paced, contract position where your operational skills and people-focused approach will help empower local economies.

Pay: $22–$28/hr

ABOUT YOU

• Based in Puerto Rico
• Fluent in English and Spanish
• 1+ years in consulting, business operations, strategy, banking, technology, or related fields
• Analytical mindset—comfortable interpreting data (SQL experience highly preferred)
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to thrive in a constantly changing, fast-paced environment
• Strong project management and organizational skills; able to manage multiple priorities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Client-facing and confident in conflict resolution and relationship management
• Highly collaborative, with emotional intelligence and community-building instincts
• Passionate about empowering local economies and making a grassroots impact
• Bachelor's degree required
• Must reside in Puerto Rico and be able to commute locally as needed
• 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm
