Position: Sales Marketing Coordinator/Assistant
Pay rate: $35 /HR (DOE)
Job Description:
The Senior Sales Marketing Coordinator serves as a central execution and coordination hub supporting sales operations, customer engagement, marketing execution, and trade show logistics. This highly cross-functional position ensures seamless communication and timely follow-through between sales, marketing, operations, and external partners. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and support the execution of sales operations, marketing campaigns, and trade show activities.
- Serve as the primary liaison between sales, marketing, operations, and external partners to foster efficient communication across teams.
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and provide excellent administrative support for sales and marketing initiatives.
- Manage sample requests, fulfillment, and inventory with speed and accuracy.
- Maintain and update CRM data to ensure accuracy and reliability for sales and marketing teams.
- Track follow-up actions from sales leads, campaigns, and customer feedback to drive engagement and customer satisfaction.
- Support the planning and logistics of trade shows, including registration, materials coordination, and on-site needs.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of marketing materials, presentations, and reports.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously by prioritizing tasks and maintaining attention to detail.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, sales support, or administrative coordination (B2B or industrial setting is a plus).
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and respond quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented, customer-focused, and solution-driven.
- Experience coordinating marketing campaigns, trade shows, or events is a plus.
- Full time, on-site with occasional travel to attend to industry events.
