Marketing Coordinator - Specialist
Norwood MA
Fulltime – onsite with some hybrid flexibility
Salary depends on overall experience $65-85k range plus benefits

Seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator/Specialist to join team.
This newly created position offers an exciting opportunity to shape and implement marketing strategies that drive our brand forward.

The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns across digital platforms, coordinating the production
of our annual catalog, organizing trade shows, and conducting inventory analysis to support marketing initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and possess strong analytical skills to track and optimize marketing performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Digital Advertising:
    • Create, manage, and optimize campaigns on Google Ads and Facebook Ads to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
    • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
    • Stay updated with industry trends and platform updates to ensure effective ad placements.
  • Annual Catalog Production:
    • Coordinate the development and distribution of the company's annual catalog, ensuring accuracy and alignment with brand guidelines.
    • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to manage timelines, content creation, design, and printing processes.
  • Trade Show Coordination:
    • Plan and execute participation in trade shows and industry events, including booth design, logistics, and promotional materials.
    • Manage event budgets, coordinate staff attendance, and evaluate the effectiveness of each event.
  • Inventory Analysis and Tracking:
    • Analyze inventory levels to support marketing campaigns and product promotions.
    • Collaborate with the inventory management team to ensure product availability for marketing initiatives.
    • Provide regular reports on inventory status and recommend actions to optimize stock levels.
  • General Marketing Support:
    • Assist in the development and implementation of comprehensive marketing strategies.
    • Maintain and update marketing databases and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
    • Prepare marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales data.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in digital advertising, particularly with Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
  • Strong project management skills with experience in coordinating catalogs and trade shows.
  • Proficiency in inventory analysis and a solid understanding of inventory management principles.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with marketing software tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in graphic design and familiarity with design software.
  • Knowledge of SEO and content marketing strategies.
