A dynamic marketing team is seeking a results-driven Marketing Lead to define and execute strategies for driving awareness, adoption, and engagement with the benefits offered to members of a leading subscription program. The ideal candidate will launch new features, promote existing benefits, and ensure members realize ongoing value, working closely with cross-functional teams to create integrated campaigns powered by consumer insight. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and lead go-to-market strategies for new membership program benefits, including market definition, value proposition, and launch activities.
- Build and manage integrated marketing initiatives to increase awareness, adoption, and retention, leveraging all owned, earned, and in-product channels.
- Translate data and consumer insights into actionable campaign concepts, messaging, and programs.
- Partner with stakeholders in product, analytics, operations, engineering, finance, creative, and communications to bring benefit launches to life and drive measurable outcomes.
- Create audience-first messaging strategies that communicate the value of benefits and enhance member engagement.
- Implement ongoing marketing plans and tactics to reinforce benefit usage and increase member retention.
- Oversee campaign planning, asset development, and execution across email, paid media, app, and web channels.
- Analyze data and performance reports to continuously optimize campaigns and identify new engagement opportunities.
- Prepare and present regular internal reports summarizing results, key learnings, and actionable recommendations.
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA is a plus.
- 6+ years of B2C marketing experience, ideally in consumer products, technology, or subscription/membership environments.
- Proven skill in designing and implementing go-to-market strategies with measurable business impact.
- Experience collaborating across multiple functions to support new launches and program growth.
- Competence in interpreting consumer research and translating insights into marketing action.
- Successful record of building data-driven campaigns that balance creativity and strategic objectives.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with an ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage with a collaborative approach.
