A dynamic marketing team is seeking a highly experienced Marketing Lead to oversee the strategy, development, and execution of high-impact, co-marketing partnerships. The successful candidate will drive adoption, engagement, and growth for a consumer-focused membership program through integrated campaigns and collaborative relationships with major external brands. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead go-to-market strategy for strategic partnerships, from insight-driven planning and positioning to execution.
  • Develop and coordinate co-marketing programs with external partners, balancing creativity with data-driven rigor and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with teams in product, strategy & operations, analytics, creative, and communications to deliver effective, cohesive campaigns.
  • Manage partnerships, fostering alignment on strategies, objectives, and performance goals.
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights and recommendations for ongoing optimization.
  • Contribute to the scaling of partnership operations, introducing process improvements and efficiencies.
  • Represent marketing partnership initiatives to both internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 7 years of professional experience in partner, growth, or brand marketing roles within consumer technology, retail, or similar industries.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing co-marketing or partnership campaigns that result in measurable business impact.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership and influencing skills to drive successful outcomes spanning multiple teams.
  • Strategic thinker with operational discipline—able to create and execute a vision seamlessly.
  • Proficiency in leveraging analytics and insights to guide creative and optimize campaign performance.
  • Collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills; comfortable working in dynamic, high-growth environments.
