As a Master Scheduler, you will play a central role in delivering the next generation of the client platform platform by bringing structure, rigor, and clear communication to a highly multidisciplinary program. You will analyze project plans, track the critical paths, assist with forecasts, proactively identify risks before they impact delivery, and create concise, informative summaries for leadership. 


Responsibilities-Requirements:

  • Develop, maintain, and communicate the Integrated Master Schedule spanning multiple system-level workstreams.
  • Consolidate timelines from sub-systems into a single resource-aware program schedule.
  • Identify conflicts in timelines and dependencies; work with Program leaders to drive resolutions.
  • Create clear, automated dashboards to present schedule status, critical paths, slack analysis, and risks to leadership.
  • Publish a monthly newsletter covering updates from the entire portfolio.
  • Maintain an internal SharePoint site. 
  • Partner with program teams to ensure schedule accuracy.
  • Establish and improve scheduling tools, processes, and metrics for ongoing program visibility.
  • Facilitate recurring schedule reviews with Project and Program managers to ensure alignment and accountability.

Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of experience as a master scheduler, project manager, or equivalent in complex, multi-project or multi-system environments.
  • Deep proficiency with Microsoft Project, Primavera, or equivalent scheduling tools.
  • Professional experience in a regulated industry such as medical devices, aerospace, automotive, or defense.

Preferred:
  • A Bachelor's degree in engineering, medicine, or another technical discipline is appreciated but not required. 
  • Ability and willingness to travel occasionally between sites.
  • Experience using Airtable and/or Atlassian tools.
