Pay Rate: $32 per hour
Location: Bethlehem PA

Role Responsibilities:
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills. 
- Demonstrated customer service skills with the ability to maintain composure in stressful situations. 
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite. 
- Work Environment: Must thrive in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities; multi-tasking is essential. 
- Physical Requirements: Vision requirements include close vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Occasionally required to lift up to 40 pounds. 
- Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of the medical device industry and hospital customer base is preferred. 
- Technical Skills: Experience with Oracle JDE, WebOps, SAP, and Salesforce is a plus. 
- Availability: Provides on-call support on nights and weekends when required. 

Must-haves
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse organization, including processing, packaging, and storage of medical device equipment
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Proven customer service abilities
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
