Kelly Services is NOW HIRING Material Handlers in Sparks, NV!
 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Load and unload inbound/outbound freight from vehicles and containers.

  • Perform quality checks to verify part numbers, quantities, and material condition.

  • Conduct daily inventory cycle counts and manage replenishment of critical spare parts.

  • Process returns using multiple warehouse management systems (WMS).

  • Precisely place server racks on the data center floor using laser measurement tools.

  • Populate server racks with components and install cabling per provided schematics.

  • Install rack hardware using hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices.

  • Operate material handling equipment including straddle stackers, electric pallet jacks, and rack movers.

  • Maintain clean, safe workspaces and uphold 5S organizational standards.

  • Frequently push, pull, and lift materials as part of daily operations.

What You'll Bring:
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and process adherence.

  • Good interpersonal and customer service skills—ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and on-site customers.

  • Adaptability and willingness to cross-train across departments.

  • Critical thinking and analytical abilities to make effective, data-informed decisions.

  • Basic computer skills; experience with WMS and general IT systems preferred.

  • Understanding of electrical safety and static discharge protocols (we'll provide training)
