Machine Operator – Food Production Location: Denton, TX
Pay: $17.00/hour
Schedule: Train Monday–Friday; transition to a 2-2-3 rotating schedule with alternating weekends

Our client in the food production industry is seeking skilled Machine Operators with solid experience working with meat products. This opportunity is at a modern cold-processing facility in Denton, TX—perfect for candidates who are mechanically inclined and have hands-on experience in meat manufacturing environments. What You'll Do

  • Operate & Monitor Machinery: Safely run, adjust, and maintain production equipment in a fast-paced processing floor.
  • Handle Meat Products: Consistently process raw materials—including a strong focus on handling various meat products—to achieve top-quality production standards.
  • Troubleshoot Equipment: Address mechanical and operational issues efficiently, escalating concerns as needed.
  • Follow Safety & Sanitation Protocols: Always adhere to strict safety, quality, and sanitation guidelines—a must in meat processing.
  • Work in Cold Conditions: Regularly perform job duties in cold environments (24–28°F), with occasional work in a -10°F blast freezer.
  • Maintain Cleanliness: Keep equipment and work areas clean and organized, ensuring food safety and operational efficiency.
