Material Handler - $21/hr - Fort Worth, TX - Temp-to-Hire - DuPont Schedule

Our client in the manufacturing industry is seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Material Handler to join their team in Fort Worth, TX. This is a great opportunity with a well-established company offering long-term potential through a temp-to-hire path.

Pay and Schedule:

  • Pay: $21.00 per hour

  • Schedule: DuPont rotating schedule (12-hour shifts, days and nights including some weekends, built-in overtime)

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Move materials based on work orders and transfer instructions

  • Use forklifts and other equipment to safely handle inventory and goods

  • Perform shipping duties for both finished goods and raw materials

  • Complete cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records

  • Operate production equipment as needed in alignment with procedures

  • Participate actively in company safety programs and maintain a clean, organized workspace

  • Perform regular equipment checks and housekeeping in warehouse areas

  • Assist in other areas and departments as needed

  • Follow written and verbal instructions to complete daily tasks

Why You'd Be a Good Fit:

  • You have a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience

  • You're experienced in operating forklifts and other material handling equipment

  • You bring strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • You understand safety procedures in a manufacturing setting

  • You're familiar with ERP systems and preferably have SAP experience

  • You know how workflows operate in a production or warehouse environment
