Kelly Services is seeking for a Material Handler!
Location: Ward Hill, MA
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
Pay Rate: $22/hour (paid weekly)
Are you looking to start or grow your career in a supportive warehouse environment? We're searching for a hands-on, reliable Material Handler to join our team. Your attention to detail and great attitude will help us get products to our customers safely and on time.
What You'll Do:
- Pick, pack, and organize items for storage or shipment—you'll be key in making sure our customers receive what they need!
- Receive, check, and document materials and finished goods to make sure everything is accurate.
- Safely operate equipment (like forklifts and pallet jacks) and keep things moving smoothly.
- Work in different temperature zones, including regular, chilled, and frozen areas.
- Collaborate with friendly coworkers and help us keep our operations running efficiently.
- You have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- You bring a little experience at least 1 year, especially in logistics or warehousing—or you're ready to learn!
- You follow instructions well, meet deadlines, and take pride in accuracy.
- You're comfortable using computers for basic tasks (like ERP systems and email).
- Operating powered equipment (and being flexible about work tasks) sounds good to you.
- You'll be on your feet, lifting up to 25 lbs regularly (and sometimes up to 50 lbs, with help).
- The work is repetitive, but your attention to detail helps keep things running smoothly.
- You may work in different temperature zones, and sometimes handle packaged materials.
