Now Hiring: Material Handler/Forklift Operator – Direct Hire
Location: Hazle Township, PA 18202

Shifts Available:

  • 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Monday – Friday)
  • 2nd Shift: 4:00 PM – 12:30 AM (Monday – Friday)
    Pay Rate: $18.00–$21.00/hour (based on shift)
This is a direct hire position — not temporary or contract.

Are you a dependable warehouse professional with a strong work ethic and a sharp eye for accuracy? We're hiring Material Handler/Forklift Operator for a high-performing logistics team offering long-term growth and full benefits from day one.

Interview Process:
Qualified candidates will go through a two-step interview process — one virtual interview and one onsite interview — before a final decision is made.

Mandatory Paid Training in Chicago, IL
Selected candidates must complete a 4-week training program in Chicago, Illinois, with the following schedule:
  • 2 weeks in Illinois
  • Return home for 1 weekend
  • Final 2 weeks back in Illinois
    All travel, lodging, and meals are 100% covered by the company.
    Note: Full attendance is required with no absences during training.
What You'll Do:
  • Receive, unload, tag, and organize incoming parts and equipment
  • Operate forklifts and walkies safely and efficiently (major experience required)
  • Pull, stage, and package parts for shipping and production
  • Ensure shipments are staged, checked, and loaded properly
  • Utilize RF scanners and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
  • Follow quality control standards (QMS) and lean warehousing practices
  • Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization
  • Assist with inventory handling, pallet building, and cross-docking
  • Support supervisors and lead by example in day-to-day operations
What You Bring:
  • 2–4 years of warehouse experience
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with RF scanners, WMS, and material handling equipment
  • Positive, team-first attitude and ability to work independently
  • Excellent communication and basic math skills
  • High school diploma or GED required
