Description

Machine Operator - he Machine Operator is responsible for operating production machinery to cut, shape, or process plastic materials according to company standards. The operator ensures equipment runs efficiently, safely, and accurately while maintaining a clean and organized work area. This role primarily involves loading and unloading materials, pressing machine controls, and monitoring equipment performance throughout the production process. Key Responsibilities: Operate assigned machinery safely and efficiently according to standard operating procedures. Load raw materials onto the machine and unload finished products upon completion of each run. Press buttons and engage machine controls to start, stop, and adjust production operations. Inspect materials and finished products to ensure quality standards are met. Monitor equipment for irregularities or malfunctions and promptly report issues to a supervisor. Maintain a clean and organized workstation and comply with all safety policies and procedures. Assist with routine machine maintenance, such as cleaning and basic adjustments. Follow production schedules and meet daily output goals. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth production flow. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience a plus, but not required training provided. Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs as needed. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality. Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team environment.
