Kelly® is seeking reliable and detail-oriented Material Handler / Production Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for doffing, packaging, and loading materials according to the specifications outlined in each customer order.

Pay Rate: $15/hr

Shift: 6:45am - 7pm

Location: Statesville NC 28677
  Material Handler / Production Operator Key Responsibilities:

• Doff, package, and load materials to meet customer order specifications.
• Read and understand the production schedule and ordered pick lists accurately.
• Perform visual inspections of fiber and finished rolls, ensuring quality standards are met.
• Remove all processed waste to its designated area, maintaining cleanliness in the production environment.
• Develop knowledge of tube cores, packaging materials, and their respective stock areas.
• Learn the mechanical and electrical components of the wind-up process and their significant functions.

  Material Handler / Production Operator Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is a plus.
