Location: Rock Hill, SC

? Schedule: 2-2-3 Rotating Schedule, 12-Hour Shifts (Day Shift; occasional nights as needed)
? Training: 1st Shift before moving to your set schedule shift
? Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour

Kelly® is seeking dependable and safety-focused Production Technicians to join our client, Huntsman Advanced Materials, in Rock Hill, SC.
In this role, you'll perform packaging, labeling, and general production duties while maintaining a safe, clean, and efficient work environment. You'll operate a forklift, transfer Bis-A Powder to silos, and assist in plant upkeep — playing a key role in daily operations and production success.

Package and label finished goods (Phenoxy)

Safely operate a forklift to move and transfer materials

Participate in Zero Harm initiatives, including safety checks, near-miss reporting, and continuous improvement efforts

Follow all company policies, plant safety rules, and report incidents immediately

Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workspace

Collaborate with peers, leads, and supervisors to ensure smooth production flow

Perform cleaning, sweeping, painting, and trash removal throughout the plant

Support other production areas as needed and assist with general plant operations
Education: High School Diploma or GED required
Experience: Minimum 1 year of manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred
Skills:

Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
-
Forklift operation experience (certification preferred)

Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform repetitive physical tasks

Basic math, mechanical, and communication skills
-
Exposure to loud noise, chemicals, and moving machinery

Frequent standing, bending, twisting, and lifting (10–50+ lbs)

Day shift with potential night shift coverage as needed

RCRA and site-specific training provided prior to handling regulated materials
