? Schedule: 2-2-3 Rotating Schedule, 12-Hour Shifts (Day Shift; occasional nights as needed)
? Training: 1st Shift before moving to your set schedule shift
? Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour

About the Role

Kelly® is seeking dependable and safety-focused Production Technicians to join our client, Huntsman Advanced Materials, in Rock Hill, SC.
In this role, you'll perform packaging, labeling, and general production duties while maintaining a safe, clean, and efficient work environment. You'll operate a forklift, transfer Bis-A Powder to silos, and assist in plant upkeep — playing a key role in daily operations and production success.

Key Responsibilities

• Package and label finished goods (Phenoxy)

• Safely operate a forklift to move and transfer materials

• Participate in Zero Harm initiatives, including safety checks, near-miss reporting, and continuous improvement efforts

• Follow all company policies, plant safety rules, and report incidents immediately

• Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workspace

• Collaborate with peers, leads, and supervisors to ensure smooth production flow

• Perform cleaning, sweeping, painting, and trash removal throughout the plant

• Support other production areas as needed and assist with general plant operations

Qualifications

Education: High School Diploma or GED required
Experience: Minimum 1 year of manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred

Skills:

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety

• Forklift operation experience (certification preferred)

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform repetitive physical tasks

• Basic math, mechanical, and communication skills

Work Environment

• Exposure to loud noise, chemicals, and moving machinery

• Frequent standing, bending, twisting, and lifting (10–50+ lbs)

• Day shift with potential night shift coverage as needed

• RCRA and site-specific training provided prior to handling regulated materials
