Pay: $25.00 per hour
Shift Schedule: Monday – Friday / 7 am – 5 pm - 45-hour work week
Contract length: 1 year +

What's a typical day as a Materials/Warehouse Coordinator? You'll be:
• Attending daily Production Meetings and communicating needs to complete daily scheduled work and any raw material shortages
• Taking daily ownership of component levels for Production Batches (blend bins/hot rooms)
• Recording all batch information and forwarding it to the Laboratory to generate expiration date labels
• Managing driver window, reviewing open/not completed inbound and outbound shipments, and assembling completed outbound paperwork
• Printing product labels for 55-gallon drum-fill production runs and tracking packaging consumables/components
• Updating SharePoint site with empty drum delivery information
• Attending Package inventory calls as scheduled
• Updating Shift Notes for Warehouse/Packaging Department
• Assisting with timekeeping and overtime tracking for supervisor approval as needed
• Retrieving and organizing deliveries for the Maintenance Shop on a daily basis
• Scheduling Toolbox, LPS Stewardship meetings, and LPOs via Outlook calendar invitations to involved parties
• Supporting Maintenance Coordinator to release, print, and organize work orders
• Inputting maintenance work orders in SAP and assisting with maintenance activity planning
• Verifying bulk inventory activities

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and experience in SAP (finance/warehouse modules)
• Have experience working in a plant setting and can provide your own steel-toe boots (plant will provide PPE in operating areas: hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, hearing protection)
• Possess key skills in verbal, written, and interpersonal communication
• Have strong trouble-shooting and problem-solving abilities
• Are proficient in computer skills
