Title: Mechanical Maintenance Tech
Position Type: Part-Time
Schedule: Tuesdays & Thursdays / 3:00pm - 7:00pm
Pay Rate: $20 - 23/HR
Job Duties "At-a-Glance":
- Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on stone fabrication equipment including CNC machines, bridge saws, edge polishers, waterjet cutters, air compressors, and vacuum lifters.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
- Calibrate machinery to ensure cutting and finishing accuracy.
- Inspect and replace worn or damaged parts and tools.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or relevant vocational training preferred.
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and mechanical drawings.
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects, work in dusty environments, and operate hand and power tools.
