Mechanical Technician

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

Rio Rancho, NM 87124

Day shift payrate- $18/hr
Night shift payrate- $19/hr

Shifts include:
•??SHIFT 4 - 7:00 PM to 7:15 AM (Sun, Mon, Tues, and every other Sat)
•??SHIFT 5 - 7:00 AM to 7:15 PM (Sun, Mon, Tues, and every other Weds)
•??SHIFT 6 - 7:00 PM to 7:15 AM (Weds, Thurs, Fri, and every other Sat)
•??SHIFT 7 - 7:00 AM to 7:15 PM (Thurs, Fri, Sat, and every other Weds)

What's a typical day as a Mechanical Technician? You'll be:
•??Maintaining, operating, and performing diagnostics and/or light repairs on machinery and product lines that process state-of-the-art 12” silicon wafers
•??Utilizing computers frequently to perform preventative maintenance
•??Proactively identify defects in the manufacturing line and/or product
•??Operating in a cleanroom environment; moving and standing for long periods 
•??Filter and chemical changes and inventory tracking
 
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
•??Have a mechanical background and understand the uses for torque-wrenches, volt meters, ball valves, and capacitors
•??Have good math, computer, and problem-solving skills
•??Are experienced in general maintenance and/or construction
•??Military, automotive repair/mechanic, or electrician experience a plus
