We are currently seeking a Medical Claims Clerk to support our clients Claims department in Northwest Houston 77092!
Pay: $17 hr
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Job description:
- Processing Claim Forms: Preparing and reviewing insurance claim forms for completeness and accuracy.
- Verifying Information: Checking the accuracy of information on claims, such as policy details, insured information, and claim amounts.
- Customer Service: Providing information to policyholders about their claims, such as claim status or required documents.
- Record Keeping: Maintaining and organizing claim files and records.
- Communicating with Insured and Providers: Contacting policyholders, agents, or medical providers to obtain necessary information or clarify details.
- Data Entry: Entering data into computer systems to track claims and update records.
- Following Up: Monitoring claims and following up on any outstanding issues or requests for information.
