Melter | $20.00-25.00/hr. + $1.00/hr. shift differential | Full Benefits | Pewaukee, WI |Direct Hire
Hours: 3rd shift schedule (4-day work week!) Monday-Thursday 8:00pm – 6:15am, Overtime on Friday as needed

This is a direct hire Melter position, meaning you will be hired permanently with our client and offered their competitive benefit and vacation package upon hire.

Position Information:
• Ensure furnaces and ladles are in safe working condition
• Weigh up charges according to melt reports
• Stage and prepare molds for pouring
• Pour molds
• Transport the finished molds after each heat
Required Experience:
• 2+ years of prior experience in a Melting role
• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent required
• Prior forklift experience, ability to become certified
• Basic math skills
