Full job description
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Member Experience Specialist to join our team! This role is essential in providing exceptional service to our members while specializing in Health Savings Accounts (HSAs) and Individual Retirement Accounts (IRAs).

What You'll Do:

  • Assist members with daily banking transactions in the lobby, drive-up, and over the phone.
  • Serve as the go-to expert for HSAs and IRAs, including account opening, contributions, distributions, rollovers, account maintenance, and beneficiary management.
  • Educate and promote bank products and services to enhance the member experience.
  • Open and close personal savings and checking accounts when requested.
  • Responsible for managing CDs (opening, renewing, closing, withdrawals, etc.).
  • In collaboration with accounting, process wires in/out of EWSB.
  • Maintain accuracy, compliance, and professionalism in all member interactions.
What We're Looking For:
  • At least 1 year of experience in banking or financial institutions (required).
  • Experience with Health Savings Accounts (HSAs) and IRAs (required).
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • A passion for learning, growing, and potentially leading a team in the future.
  • Ability to quickly adapt to changing needs.
