Pick and Pack Worker – Metal Distribution | Carrollton, TX | $20–$23/hr
Our client, a metal distribution facility in Carrollton, is seeking an experienced Pick and Pack Worker for a temp-to-hire opportunity. This position offers consistent hours and the chance to grow with a well-established team.
Pay: $20–$23 per hour, depending on experience
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 11:00 AM–8:00 PM or until work is completed; Saturdays may be required

What You'll Be Doing:

Pick, pack, and palletize metal and steel orders

Read and interpret job orders to determine proper materials and quantities

Organize and prepare outgoing shipments

Support loading/unloading processes as needed

Maintain accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced environment
Why You'd Be a Good Fit:
-
At least 2 years of recent warehouse experience
-
Prior experience working with steel or metal is preferred

Comfortable with production work and multi-stop truck loading

Strong preference for candidates with SAP experience

Overhead crane experience is a plus, even if not used in this role

Must have steel toe boots with metatarsal guards (all other PPE provided)
