Molding Machine Operator – West Henrietta, NY
Full-Time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
$20.00 per hour | Temp-to-Hire Opportunity

Are you ready to operate precision molding equipment in a clean, well-organized manufacturing environment? We are currently seeking motivated individuals to join a dynamic production team as Molding Machine Operators in West Henrietta.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and run molding machines to produce high-quality plastic components
• Conduct thorough visual inspections and use precision measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers
• Remove excess material (degating) and perform CNC mill operations as required
• Ensure all products meet established quality standards and comply with ISO 9001 procedures
• Package finished items carefully and maintain accurate records
• Uphold workplace safety and cleanliness standards at all times

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Previous experience operating molding or similar machinery preferred, but not required
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality
• Dependable with a good attendance record
• Ability to work standing for extended periods
• Reliable transportation required (facility not accessible by bus)
• High school diploma or GED preferred
