Molding Machine Operator – Full-Time | $20/hr | West Henrietta, NY
Temp-to-Hire | Great Day Shift Opportunity!

Are you looking for a long-term opportunity with a leading optics manufacturing company? We're now hiring Machine Operators to join a growing team in West Henrietta, NY. This role offers a steady weekday schedule and excellent hands-on experience in a clean, high-quality production environment.

Shift:

• Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (A Shift)

Pay:

• $20.00/hour

Weekly pay + potential for long-term hire!

What You'll Be Doing:

• Set up and operate injection molding machines to produce plastic parts
• Perform in-process visual inspections to identify defects
• Use precision measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges) to ensure accuracy
• Trim plastic parts using hand tools like side cutters
• Operate CNC milling equipment as part of the finishing process
• Package, label, and prepare finished products for shipment
• Follow ISO 9001 quality guidelines and maintain a clean, safe workspace

You'd Be a Great Fit If You:

• Have 1–2 years of prior experience operating production or molding equipment
• Are dependable with good attendance and a strong work ethic
• Are looking for full-time, temp-to-hire work with growth potential
• Have your own reliable transportation (this site is not on the bus line)
• High school diploma or GED preferred
