Vous êtes passionné(e) par la paie, les chiffres et les environnements dynamiques ? Nous recherchons un(e) Spécialiste à la paie bilingue pour rejoindre l'équipe de notre client situé au centre ville de Montréal .

Dans ce rôle clé, vous assurerez la gestion complète de la paie pour les employés.

Vos responsabilités :

• Gérer le cycle complet de la paie pour nos bureaux à Montréal, Toronto, Calgary et Vancouver.
• Assurer la conformité légale (QC, ON, AB, BC) et la confidentialité des données.
• Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes finances, RH et nos partenaires sous contrat.
• Produire des rapports, audits et réconciliations de haute qualité.
• Soutenir les initiatives stratégiques liées à la rémunération, aux commissions et aux conversions d'employés.

Ce que nous recherchons :

• 3 à 5 ans d'expérience en paie ou finance.
• Certification PCP ou formation équivalente (CPA/finance).
• Bilinguisme français/anglais obligatoire , vous êtes en communication avec les autres provinces au Canada
• Maîtrise avancée d'Excel et expérience avec les systèmes RH (Workday, un atout).
• Autonomie, rigueur, capacité à gérer les priorités.
