Pediatric Therapeutic Services (PTS) is seeking an Occupational Therapist for a four-day-per-week opportunity to provide school-based services for elementary-aged students in a local school district.

- Plan and deliver specialized therapy techniques through individual and/or group sessions designed to meet the educational needs of elementary-aged students, in alignment with goals in Individual Education Plans (IEP).
- Screen, evaluate, and document student levels, strengths, needs, and progress using approved assessments.
- Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) and multi-disciplinary team meetings to assess progress and develop/revise individualized therapy interventions for elementary students.
- Collaborate with teaching staff to plan and implement classroom-based activities and instructional techniques that support skill carry-over for elementary learners.
- Provide consultative services and involve parents in the therapy programs for their elementary-aged children.
- Compile, maintain, and file all reports, records, and required documents per laws and school policy, including documentation for equipment and materials.
- Meet the needs of all students through effective teamwork with other disciplines.
- Adhere to all relevant policies, laws, and school board rules.
- Stay up-to-date with research, theories, and practices in school-based therapy, with a focus on elementary populations.

Qualifications:
- Valid state license as an Occupational Therapist
- Master's degree in occupational therapy
- Child Abuse, Federal, and State Clearances
