Kelly Services is seeking an Office Administrator to work at a busy organization located in Orlando, FL 32810. 

Pay $19/hour plus bonuses when hired on. 
Schedule- Mon-Friday 7am-4pm

Role Summary:
The Office Administrator is responsible for preparing and delivering Notices to Owner in compliance with Florida's lien law. This role ensures the accurate completion of forms, adherence to all legal requirements, and maintenance of detailed records. Assist construction professionals in safeguarding their payment rights by ensuring compliance with Florida's legal requirements for filing liens

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Preparing the Notice to Owner Form: Accurately fill out required information, including property owner details, project description, work performed, materials supplied, and hiring party's name and address.

  2. Ensuring Compliance with Florida Lien Law: Ensure adherence to statutory language, delivery deadlines, and proper methods.

  3. Delivering the Notice: Deliver the notice to the property owner, designated representatives, and any other required parties, such as the general contractor.

  4. Maintaining Accurate Records: Keep detailed records of notices sent, including delivery dates, methods, and related documentation.

  5. Providing Client Support: Guide clients through the Notice to Owner process, answer questions, and clarify rights and obligations.

  6. Managing Multiple Projects: Handle numerous Notice to Owner requests concurrently, ensuring timely and accurate completion.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • A thorough understanding of Florida's lien laws and requirements for Notice to Owner forms.
  • Crucial for accurately filling out the Notice to Owner form, as errors can invalidate the notice.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and maintain precise records.
  • Effective communication with clients, contractors, and other parties involved in construction projects.
  • Meet critical deadlines for notice delivery to preserve lien rights
  • Must have experience researching or searching for information on websites.
  • Familiarity with the Property Appraisers website
  • Construction experience a plus
