Pay: $27 - $32
Schedule: Monday – Friday (8am – 5pm)
Length: 6 months / contract to hire

What's a typical day as an Administrative Manager?
• Answering and Transferring Phone Calls: Manage incoming calls, provide information, and transfer calls to appropriate departments or personnel.
• Keeping up with Job Folders: Organize and maintain job folders, ensuring that all relevant documents are up-to-date and accessible.
• All AP and AR Invoices: Handle accounts payable and receivable tasks, including processing invoices and managing vendor payments.
• Entering Daily Payroll: Accurately enter and process daily payroll information, ensuring timely and correct compensation for employees.
• Keeping up with Daily Production Reports: Monitor and update daily production reports, providing accurate data to support operational decision-making.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience: Proven experience in an administrative role.


Skills:
·      Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
·      Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
·      Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. ·      Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy
