Work side-by-side with senior leadership on logistics, vendor oversight, and strategic initiatives
-
Tackle financial tasks including AP/AR and assist with financial operations
-
Act as the go-to liaison between departments: Sales, Customer Service, Accounting, and Product
-
Manage vendor and client contracts—reviewing terms, tracking renewals, and ensuring compliance
-
Troubleshoot and manage shipping issues via FedEx, UPS, and third-party logistics partners
-
Keep multi-department projects on track and aligned with growth goals
-
Pitch in where needed—especially during busy seasons or shifting priorities

Strong tech skills and comfort with ERP systems
-
Clear, professional communicator (written and verbal)
-
A collaborative spirit and "figure-it-out" attitude
-
Able to work onsite in North Wales, PA full-time
-
You'll be a core team member—not just a cog in the machine
-
Get involved in high-impact work across departments
-
No red tape—your ideas will be heard and implemented
-
Casual, fast-moving culture where growth is part of the journey
-
Strong potential to grow with the company as it scales nationwide
