Pay Rate: Negotiable

Shift: 2Pm-11Pm (Some weekends)


What's a typical day as Onsite Talent Advisor? You'll be:

• Supporting administrative recruitment tasks, including order creation and CAD compliance
• Entering data in front office systems and processing screening results
• Maintaining candidate registers and employee records
• Responding to internal and external customer requests with professionalism
• Identifying business growth opportunities and maintaining business relationships with clients
• Leading initiatives to positively impact engagement results for contractors and clients
• Implementing work processes to improve productivity and client experience
• Administering recognition and retention programs
• Responding to general talent/client inquiries and managing payroll processing
