Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:
$34-$37 an hour based on experience.
Onsite opportunity to N. Chicago.
Schedule: onsite- M to F; 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. with flexibility to accommodate global team.
1 year contract opportunity.

What's a typical day as Total Rewards Business Partner? You'll be:
• Serving as an advisor for routine inquiries from Business Human Resources (BHR) and Talent Acquisition (TA).
• Conducting job evaluations and benchmarking studies to make grade and job code recommendations, maintaining key documentation within HRIS and case management systems.
• Analyzing compensation data to identify trends and provide actionable recommendations for compensation-related questions and issues.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Hold a bachelor's degree, preferably in HR Management, Business Administration, or a related field, with 2-3 years of relevant work experience in Human Resources, Compensation and Benefits, or Finance. (required)
• Possess advanced competency in Excel, including experience with pivot tables and troubleshooting advanced formulas; PowerBI experience is a plus.
• Demonstrate strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and manage stakeholders effectively.
