Posicion: Operador de Manufactura
Deberes esenciales y reponsabilidades del puesto.
1. Ejecuta actividades operacionales básicas, está cualificado en por lo menos (1) área funcional y/o asiste al SR Manufactruring Operator en la ejecución de tareas de su área funcional.
2. Limpia y sanea la maquinaria y/ equipo de los procesos de manufactura de las áreas funcionales al que está asignado, de acuerdo a los procedimientos establecidos.
3. Mantiene las áreas y/o cuartos asignados limpios, ordenados y segregados, de acuerdo a los procedimientos.
4. Asiste en el montaje y desmontaje de las máquinas y/ equipos de producción durante los procesos de “Changeover”.
5. Asiste a los técnicos de manufactura en la inspección de productos y componentes, si es requerido, y está debidamente adiestrado para realizar dicha actividad.
6. Documenta las actividades que realiza: limpieza, montaje, desmontaje, etc. en los registros o sistemas de documentación correspondientes de acuerdo a las Buenas Prácticas de Manufactura y las Reglas de documentación vigentes.
7. Cumple con las Buenas Prácticas de Manufactura, Seguridad y Ambiente de acuerdo a las políticas y procedimientos vigentes.
8. Notifica a su supervisor o designado sobre cualquier incumplimiento o desviación a los procedimientos establecidos.
9. Se mantiene adiestrado en las áreas de proceso de su responsabilidad y busca aprender y adquirir nuevas responsabilidades.
10. Conoce y realiza transacciones en el sistema de control de inventario (SAP). 11. Conoce y realiza transacciones en el sistema de manejo de documentos TruVault
12. Realiza entrada de datos al sistema de PRS.
13. Cumple con las instrucciones, según dadas por el supervisor.
Educacion / Experiencia/ Disponiblidad:
- Este puesto requiere Diploma de Escuela Superior, preferible con un curso técnico o vocacional. Grado Técnico o Grado Asociado preferible.
- 0 -2 años de experiencia en la industria farmacéutica o industria relacionada
- Conocimiento en computadora
- Conocimiento de GMP
- Disponibilidad de Lunes a Viernes/ Fines de Semana
- Disponible todos los turnos
