Job Title: Operations Coordinator

We're looking for an Operations Coordinator to join our fast-paced, high-volume order fulfillment and dispatch team. This role is key to ensuring smooth logistics, accurate service contract processing, and top-tier customer support.

What You'll Do:

• Manage order fulfillment and coordinate service activities
• Process entitlement entries and service invoices in Salesforce
• Support the Field Sales team with quotes, reports, and asset data updates
• Track tasks to completion and maintain organized records
• Communicate with internal teams to resolve warranty and service issues
• Provide detailed service history reports and recommend process improvements

What You Bring:

• 3–5 years of experience in customer service, logistics, or operations
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.); Salesforce experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree preferred; medical device experience a plus
