Compensation: $80,000.00 per year

What's a typical day as an Operations Warehouse Supervisor? You'll be:
• Managing teammate time, attendance, and schedules for assigned functional area(s)
• Providing proactive performance feedback and coaching to teammates
• Overseeing training and development of teammates in assigned functions
• Collaborating with Operations leadership to improve DC metrics and drive financial performance
• Recommending expenses and capital investments for assigned functions
• Ensuring achievement of assigned functions' Key Performance Indicators in Safety, Quality, Productivity, and Turnover
• Implementing customer service initiatives and resolving issues related to service quality and deliveries
• Supporting the conversion of new customers and successful implementation of new business
• Supervising adherence to warehouse management and transportation SOP's / WI's
• Monitoring and reporting performance, conducting root cause analysis, and improving teammate relations, customer quality, and operational efficiency
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements regarding scheduled drugs, hazardous material, and storage

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have 3 or more years of professional supply chain or warehouse operations experience, preferably within the healthcare/medical/medical device industry
• Possess knowledge of supply chain management, logistics, distribution, and/or warehouse management best practices
• Have financial acumen and prior profit and loss responsibilities
• Can work effectively within a matrix environment
• Demonstrate leadership potential and people management skills
• Have proven team building skills and can motivate and direct the work of others
• Excel in customer relationship management and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Possess exceptional planning and organizational skills and can drive large complex initiatives
• Can analyze and conclude, apply Continuous Improvement Methodologies, and standardize processes
• Are able to lead and drive change among peers and direct reports
